Hi! I’m Irene, a personal trainer, nutritionist, and proud mum of two energetic kids. My days are filled with fitness, healthy meals, and the endless joys and challenges of motherhood, which is exactly why I decided to start this blog!
My passion for fitness and wellness began years ago, but it truly faced the test when I became a mum. Like many mums, I’ve navigated sleepless nights, packed schedules, and the challenge of finding time for myself. Over time, I’ve discovered that with the right mindset and creative planning, it’s possible to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle—even with little ones around.
In addition to being a personal trainer, I’m also a nutritionist, and I have a deep love for cooking. I enjoy creating healthy and delicious meals for myself and my kids, ensuring that our meals are both nutritious and enjoyable. I’ll be sharing quick, easy, and family-friendly recipes because I believe that healthy eating should be accessible to everyone, especially busy mums.
However, my message goes beyond just fitness and nutrition for mums—I also want to speak to all women. If you’re someone who wants to feel good in your own skin, this space is for you. Like many women, I’ve had my own battles with eating issues and body image. I understand the challenges of finding balance and self-love in a world that often pushes unrealistic standards. Through fitness, mindful eating, and self-care, I’ve learned how to rebuild a healthy relationship with my body, and I want to help others do the same.
This blog is for anyone—whether you’re a mum or not—who wants to prioritize their health and well-being, feel strong, and embrace who they are. You’ll find quick at-home workouts, nutrition tips, and advice on building a positive mindset. My goal is to inspire you to take small steps towards a healthier, happier life—because I know firsthand how challenging and rewarding it can be to balance health, self-acceptance, and well-being.
One of my go-to tips for staying active and healthy, even on the busiest days, is to involve my kids in my workouts and meal prep. Whether it’s doing squats while holding the baby or letting my toddler help me cook, we make fitness and healthy eating a family affair! I’ll be sharing one of my favorite healthy snack recipes in the next post—stay tuned!
